Edrick has extensive experience in the aviation industry,   encompassing Canadian and International Airlines as well business aircraft management. After graduating in mechanical engineering and business development in France, he later engaged in Commercial Pilot training. His passion for excellence and delivering superior value to anyone he comes to work with has paved the way for his professional success.

Edrick is the author of “Succeed with Impossible Speed” – World Class Racing Strategies to Create High Performance in Your Life and Business. For several years, he led innovative high performance seminars and corporate training across the USA and Canada.

Edrick's focus on innovation, collaboration and partnerships drives the growth of the company. His relentless commitment to delivering technology and service at the highest level has been positively impacting numerous private, commercial, and governmental aircraft operators across North America.

Joshua studied Business and Entrepreneurship at the University of Ontario Tech.  

His mastery in Surface Nanotechnology and extensive expertise in surface hyper finishing contributes strongly to the overall operations of Amaris Aviation.  Joshua leads Amaris recruiting and training as well as manages the day to day operation of the Amaris Team.  Our aviation clients also benefit from Joshua field support.  

An accomplished racer, Joshua counts many podium finishes in regional and national Canadian Karting competitions. In his downtime, Joshua is a dedicated sports car builder with a marked phylosophy of creating unique products around a singular vision for each project.   Joshua's exclusive creations are sought after by industry leaders in the sports car community who provide numerous sponsorship in association with his high end realizations.
